Leadership

Pastor David Pym  

David became Pastor of Port Macquarie Baptist Church in February 2022, having previously served at Petersham Baptist and Lakemba Baptist. He has studied theology at Sydney Missionary and Bible College (SMBC), Morling College, and the Akrofi-Christaller Institute (ACI) in Ghana. He is passionate about following Jesus, and helping others of all ages, stages and backgrounds to know and follow Him too. David still plays Squash, enjoys board games with his kids, and never tires of Port Macquarie sunrises. He is grateful to be married to Cynthia, and for their 4 children - Rebekah, Alisha, Matthew and Mikayla - who keep him grounded and bring him much joy.
