Our Safe Church Commitment
Port Macquarie Baptist Church is committed to providing a safe environment for visitors and regular participants in the life of our Church. We are implementing the 10 Child Safe Standards, enshrined in law by the NSW Government, and with which every religious organisation involving children in their programs must comply. Our objective is to ensure that every person feels physically, emotionally and spiritually safe at Port Macquarie Baptist Church. To this end, our Safe Church Policy and Procedures and Code of Conduct for staff and ministry volunteers are crucial for helping us prioritise the safety of our children, youth and vulnerable adults.
